PAN AND PIZZA MODULES

These modules are designed for both cooking products and keeping them warm. According to your business, you may prefer: the electric pan module, the gas pan module or the pizza module. For each of these display categories, there are several models available in the sizes you need.

Description

  • A protective front window
  • A cast aluminum hotplate, guaranteeing even cooking and a perfectly flat contact with the pan. 
  • Comes with a giant cast aluminum non-stick pan (500 mm diameter)
  • Thermostat control from 20 to 300°C (maximum cooking temperature)
  • A removable folding rear table in polyethylene for easy cleaning, or a permanent stainless steel table
  • Round or square stainless steel bumpers 
  • Lockable lower cabinet for storage
  • Optimal mobility with pivoting casters and brakes, or adjustable legs

Optional extras

  • A giant (650 mm diameter) pan with 1, 2 or 3 compartments - Heat lamp
  • Your text or logo on the housing 
  • RAL colors of your choice (examples):
